The project required the design and delivery of a cost-effective office space solution to seamlessly connect with an existing structure. 

 

Two repurposed shipping containers were co-joined to provide an open plan office environment for eight staff including a separate meeting room.

 

The office space is heavily insulated, is internally lined with plywood and has recycled bottle carpet as a flooring surface. 

 

Externally, corten steel cladding was used to provide an interesting design feature to allow the building to sit comfortably within its rural setting.
