WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I was looking up draftsman and architects from a list I had. Bark.com always came up first in the engine search. I had a peek & thought, why not! GCA responded swiftly. I had a quick google check of GCA's

business to which Gerard texted me, informing me of GCA's company doing more than re-purposing sea containers into structures.

I spoke to Gerard and he gave a great sales pitch, but most importantly listened to what I had and wanted to achieve, which was refreshing. I took the chance and made an appointment with Gerard and Daria. With Covid, I didn’t know if I could express what I wanted, as I’m a visual person. They were both professional and great, following me around the property as I explained my vision.

We sat down and discussed the next process and what was possible and the approximate costings. I would not hesitate in recommending GCA as they were very professional with their knowledge and showed interest in my project.

LEAVE A REVIEW

KRHS approached Gerard Coutts & Associates to assist with the design and project management of a new office space that was required in response to a rapidly expanding part of  the health service.

Although several options were explored, the organisation settled on Gerard and his team due to their attentive approach to understanding the organisations needs and philosophy within a sustainability framework.

The brief was to undertake a socially responsible build that sought to minimize the environmental footprint and where possible commit to using a social enterprise. The result was the repurposed shipping container model. Our experience was that the communication was excellent and that the impact on the running of the facility was minimal.

Staff have now settled into their new environment and the facility has a great ambience that makes for an excellent work space. This project has been a great success for both the organisation and the environment

Gerard was referred to me via my professional network.
From my first interaction with Gerard it was obvious that I had been pointed in the right direction.

Gerard’s down to earth and approachable nature made him very easy to deal with, and his many years of technical experience meant that Gerard easily understood our requirements and could provide excellent advice with a quick turnaround.

I highly recommend working with Gerard, and I look forward to working with him and his team again in the future.
